CardMaster Terms of Service

1. Overview of Services

CardMaster is an intelligent business card recognition and management application that provides the following services:

• Business card image recognition and information extraction
• Contact information organization and management
• Data export and synchronization features
• Premium subscription services

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CardMaster application, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the app with parental consent
• You agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You understand and accept our Privacy Policy

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Types

We offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: ¥10/month, auto-renewable
• Yearly Subscription: ¥88/year, auto-renewable

3.2 Automatic Renewal

3.3 Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Fees are charged immediately upon confirmation of purchase
• Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Going to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CardMaster
• Selecting "Cancel Subscription"
• After cancellation, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle

4. License and Restrictions

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CardMaster application on your personal devices.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the normal operation of the application

5. User Content and Data

5.1 User Data

All content you upload to CardMaster (including business card images and contact information) remains your property. We process this data solely to provide the service.

5.2 Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Disclaimer

CardMaster is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the service
• 100% accuracy of recognition results
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.

8. Modifications and Termination

8.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the account for violations of these terms.

9. Refund Policy

All subscription sales are final. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests; we will cooperate with reasonable refund requests.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
